In this role, you’ll design, build, evaluate, and deploy AI functionalities for Workspace 365’s flagship product. A big focus is on creating and improving our AI Assistant framework, including building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems that connect to all our data sources. /ppThis role combines hands-on AI development with collaboration across teams to solve real business problems and deliver intelligent, performant solutions. /ppbYour tasks and responsibilities /b: /pulliDevelopment: Build the Workspace 365 AI systems. /liliResearch advice: Stay on top of generative AI developments, advise the team on strategies, and propose optimizations. /liliAwareness advocacy: Share knowledge internally about effective AI use and highlight risks of misuse. /liliContinuous improvement: Proactively push to make our AI assistant best-in-market for supporting our users. /li /ulh3Job requirements /h3pbMust haves /b /pulliYou bring a minimum of 6 years of work experience as a Python developer; /liliSolid foundational knowledge of LLM-based approaches /liliProfessional command of the English language; /liliIndependent, proactive, and able to tackle complex real-world problems for large-scale users /li /ulpbPreferred: /b /pulliRAG Systems and prompt engineering /liliModel inference pipelines (data curation → deployment) /liliDeploying Dockerized API services on cloud platforms (Azure preferred) /liliClear vision for supporting AI growth in a fast-scaling company /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
